Most acupuncturists recognise
the need to release of tight muscles. After all, muscles move bones and if
bones aren’t moving it’s a very good chance that a tight muscle if stopping
it. Generally the PAIN patients feel is from
an overworking muscle pulling against a tight opposite muscle.
For Example….. Think about why
the Supraspinatus (S.S) hurts when a person tries to lift their arm…95% of the
reason is because one of the “opposite” muscles is tight and restricting the Supraspinatus
from doing it job. It the (S.S.) overworks it causes pain usually at its insert
point (L.I. 15, TH14). To fix a
problem like this easily I will show you how to release which ever of the ten
muscles that could be stopping it, how to tell the difference and the best
order to do that.
I use this “Opposites
Principle” to solve almost all the pain
on movement problems that patients
present with. It is simple to understand
and apply and will dramatically improve your results in clinic.
I back up this work with some
newly discovered highly effective acupuncture points.
